Uncustomers unhappy for being unaware

Our product has gotten quite a bit of press recently. I was especially proud of our contribution to the elections coverage; we've built something very powerful. As awareness has grown, my favorite part is how people get so mad they hadn't heard of us before. We must be doing something right?
